A traditionally designed office space on two levels in a Chicago high-rise needed a refresh in style and functionality. DMA worked on behalf of the building owner and tenant to lead a three-phase renovation of 30,000 square feet of space on the 18th and 19th floors.

The DMA team managed an ambitious schedule over seven months and coordinated multiple in-space tenant moves phased every 10 weeks, to complete the project as planned. The fresh design style is reflected throughout the interior and in all new furniture, finishes, and fixtures.
