Our leadership experience and ability to effectively team with the client’s existing leasing partner supported the property through an economic recovery and helped streamline operating costs, making it a viable and attractive asset.

The Shoppes at College Hills offers more than 425,000 square feet of retail space and features a broad range of 25 retailers and restaurants anchored by Von Maur, Target, and a freestanding Hobby Lobby. A de-malling project in the late 1990s created the center’s unique layout.

Our team provided management oversight, operational leadership, and marketing insight to Shoppes staff.
