This project included a beautifully landscaped intensive green roof designed by landscape architect. DMA was responsible for the coordination of the design and construction of this unique amenity which will serve as a private deck for residents of The Residences at 900. One of Chicago's largest green roofs, at 14,000 square feet, this garden was honored with a 2008 Green Roof Award of Excellence in the Intensive Residential category from Green Roofs for Healthy Cities.
