DMA provided development management, residential unit project management and project accounting services for the adaptive reuse of 160,000 sf of high-rise office space into 47 luxury condominiums at an overall project cost of $75 million for JMB Realty. These unique residences, designed by Booth Hansen and built by Linn Mathes, Inc., benefit from a singular location above The 900 Shops in an iconic structure at the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast.
