Owners of the SugarHouse Casino sought to optimize office space for employees and move team members from an existing, neighboring office building into an integrated, central location. DMA managed the renovation of 8,000 square feet on the casino’s mezzanine level. The project included demolishing existing storage space and adding natural lighting with skylights and new windows, enhancements that also updated the appearance of the casino façade. New finishes and office furniture in vibrant colors tie into the liveliness and energy of the surrounding environment.

DMA team members supported development of the original SugarHouse Casino and advised on design and construction issues during a major previous expansion. The office space transformation, from start to finish, brought casino staff together within 12 months.
