Sugarhouse Casino Project

DMA delivered development consulting services, including entitlements, for a waterfront casino project with 1700 gaming positions and 3 food and beverage venues. The project will be phased to include 2 hotels on a prominent site on the Delaware River. Phase one, including the casino is slated to open in July 2010.
