Property Management, Construction Consulting and Tenant Coordination for an urban mixed use development in Chicago’s south loop encompassing a 16-screen state of the art cinema, a two block long open air plaza, 350 apartments (managed by Habitat), a 1500 car parking garage and 310,000 square feet of retail space (to open in the fall of 2011). Project opened in December 2009
