Federal Realty Investment Trust asked DMA to play the role of on-site project lead for the final tenant coordination phase of Rockville Town Square, in Rockville, MD: a $352 million mixed-use urban project combining a new town square surrounded by retail, restaurants, a public library, an arts center and 600 residential units. This final phase, completed in October of 2007, marks the culmination of this intensive revitalization of downtown Rockville which, until recently, lacked a true town center.
