This luxury fashion brand founded in London was preparing to open its first standalone. U.S. store, located within the 900 North Michigan Shops on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. The client knew DMA through our work with building ownership, providing retail tenant delivery services and other support.  L.K. Bennett felt comfortable with the DMA team and our ability to effectively manage construction projects in an actively operating, mixed-use building.

On behalf of the client, DMA oversaw the complete tenant build-out of a 3,000 square foot retail space that met L.K. Bennett’s tight deadlines and high brand standards. L.K.Bennett opened on schedule and without disruption to other tenants or customers.
