Our client sought DMA’s expertise to ensure the best outcome of a development investment: an urban infill project that would create a new luxury apartment building in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. DMA reviewed the project schedule and costs on our client’s behalf and met regularly with contractors and developers to track, assess and advise on progress and payment.

Joule, a 16-story residential building within walking distance of Denver museums, galleries and restaurants, features 244 units, a five-story parking garage and amenities including an infinity edge pool. The building’s glass, brown brick and white stucco exterior offer a distinctive look in a neighborhood experiencing new vitality.
