Incline Square
Incline Square is a public/private partnership utilizing tax increment financing and new market tax credits to revitalize the historic terminus of a funicular located on the brow of Price Hill in the emerging Incline District west of downtown Cincinnati. This mixed-use complex will incorporate a 35,000 sf medical office building, 15,000 sf of professional office, 20 luxury condominium units, 5-6 restaurants, structured parking and a redeveloped incline park all featuring expansive views of the city. Working with Booth Hansen as architect, DMA has been retained by City Lights Development LLC to provide development consulting services.
