A new destination on Bunker Hill in downtown Los Angeles represents a major transformation of the food, beverage, personal service, and cultural offerings at the Wells Fargo Center. Situated between two office towers, Halo offers 65,000 square feet of retail opportunities, coupled with indoor and outdoor seating, lively gathering spaces, and regular art and events programming in partnership with Arts Brookfield.

DMA is supporting the smooth and efficient opening of new and redesigned spaces, which include six to eight high-quality quick service restaurants, a full-service bar, and a top-flight sit-down restaurant. An existing tenant, the Patina Group’s Nick +Stef’s Steakhouse, remain part of the retail community. With investment and economic growth rising in downtown Los Angeles, Halo improves connectivity with the surrounding area and features new landscaping and sightlines that welcome neighborhood tenants, residents, and visitors.
