Building on a successful relationship that transformed retail offerings at the World Trade Center complex, DMA led work for the same ownership team at another prominent address. Grace Building, at New York’s Avenue of the Americas and 42nd Street, sits directly across from Bryant Park. The 50-story, Class A office tower is centrally located between Grand Central Station and Times Square.

As part of a retail resurgence at this distinctive property, DMA served as owner’s representative during the critical construction phase of a highly anticipated new restaurant. Named for chef and owner Gabriel Kreuther, the ground-floor space features a design inspired by the town squares of Alsace, with custom-made light fixtures and massive, reclaimed beams. Kreuther was previously known for his work in the dining room at New York’s Museum of Modern Art. Our efforts supported a smooth debut for this new dining venue in Grace Building.
