Development Management Associates, LLC is providing ongoing tenant coordination and construction oversight for Federal Realty Investment Trust's portfolio of Midwest retail properties. Acting in this role on behalf of Rockville, Maryland-based Federal Realty, DMA has responsibility for nearly one million square feet of retail space in Illinois and Michigan, including projects in the communities of Downers Grove, Western Springs, Lake Zurich, Highland Park, and Roseville.
