A new dining option in one of the most active urban residential areas in Tampa drew the mayor and more to its grand opening. Fabrica Woodfired Pizza is located in Pierhouse at Channelside, an upscale apartment complex. DMA provided retail tenant delivery services on behalf of building ownership to support the successful opening.

Fabrica’s menu emphasizes made-to-order, Neopolitan-style pizza baked in a 1,000-degree oven. The ground-floor space features a modern, industrial décor and indoor and outdoor seating. Pierhouse at Channelside also includes a two-story fitness center, swimming pool, fire pits, grilling areas and a nautical-themed art park.
