DMA is serving as the Development Manager for M Development on the new Barneys New York flagship store at Oak and Rush Streets in Chicago. The replacement store for Barneys has been designed by Gensler and built by W. E. O'Neil to obtain a LEED CS certification and was processed through the Chicago Green Permit Program. DMA was active in all phases of lease negotiation, design supervision, phased construction procurement through the conclusion of the shell and core and the transition into the start of the interior fit-out. The new 100,000 square foot building is slated to open in Spring 2009.
