Preparing to renovate a midrise building at an exceptional Manhattan location, ownership involved DMA at the beginning of the retail tenant delivery process. The DMA team is initiating activities by drafting a tenant design criteria manual to ensure a cohesive, quality outcome for incoming tenants and the client.

2 Bryant Park is situated at 1100 Avenue of the Americas. The building faces one of New York’s storied public parks and offers exceptional views. DMA previously supported the debut of a highly anticipated French restaurant in the neighboring Grace Building.
