10 W. Jackson Parkway Building
DMA is pleased to collaborate with Minneapolis-based Julie Snow Architects, Inc. on the reconfiguration and renovation of 10 W. Jackson, a six-story building at the northwest corner of Jackson and State Street in Chicago. Originally a Bonds department store, the building is owned by the U.S. General Services Administration and lies immediately adjacent to the Dirksen Federal Building, designed by Mies van der Rohe in the 1960s. DMA provided a feasibility analysis of potential retail and office space configurations, considering leasing data and market trends. Completed in 2009
