Tim Feldballe has more than 26 years of extensive experience in business development and project and financial management. He has held principal finance and accounting roles in development and redevelopment projects totaling more than $2 billion. His strong work ethic, integrity, and analytical and communication skills make him an outstanding leader, uniquely capable of building and energizing cross-functional teams.
Tim's expertise gives exceptional breadth and depth to the project accounting services at Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA). His substantial contributions to DMA client work include the following projects:

Previously, Tim served as Vice President-Controller for Urban Retail Properties, where he oversaw all internal and external aspects of development accounting for a 23-person division generating more than $5 million in annual revenues.
Tim has been instrumentally involved in the development and redevelopment of notable retail shopping centers, office buildings, residential properties, and hotels in markets across the country, among them:

A Certified Public Accountant and member of the Illinois CPA Society, Tim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Huntington College. He also serves on the executive board for the Fox Valley chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
