Sharon Rizzo has worked in the tenant coordination and construction industries for more than 15 years, providing critical project management and administrative support. She is a thorough and effective communicator with all levels of project personnel, including leasing agents, property managers, contractors, tenants, architects, and clients. She has processed tenant allowances for the last 10 years, patiently explaining to the tenants all the requirements in their lease.
As office manager for Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA), Sharon keeps operations and equipment running smoothly and efficiently. She provides administrative support for DMA staff, reviews tenant and construction allowances for clients, performs data entry and project coding for accounts payable and expense reports, updates contacts and calendars, logs staff time, prepares invoices, verifies vendor rates against service agreements and contracts, tracks cash receipts, reconciles accounts, and conducts special research projects.
Prior to joining DMA, Sharon provided administrative support to the entire tenant coordination department at Urban Retail Properties, where she worked for more than a decade. Her previous work experience includes administrative roles in the construction industry.
Sharon has extensive knowledge of the software, systems, and documents essential to development management, including ConTrak and SharePoint. She is also a Notary Public in the State of Illinois.
