With more than 35 years of leadership experience in real estate development and planning, Michael S. Levin has managed the successful completion of dozens of high profile, large-scale projects, including regional malls, lifestyle centers, and high-rise office buildings. His proven ability to work effectively with government and community groups ensures smooth project progress and well-received end results.
Prior to founding DMA, Mike led the development division at Urban Retail Properties, where he also oversaw tenant coordination services. Previously, he served as vice president of the planning department at Barton Aschman Associates.

Mike holds a master's degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California-Berkley, where he graduated with highest honors. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
When he's not busy serving clients, Mike pursues a passion for tennis.
