Marybelle has 15 years of experience in tenant coordination, design, and construction for major public and private developments. Her knowledge of architecture and design, as well as her experience as a business owner, give her a unique perspective and ability to strengthen project outcomes.
Prior to joining DMA, Marybelle worked for Urban Retail Properties as a senior design and construction coordinator. She spent five years as co-founder and owner of a retail store and she worked in the construction industry.

American Airlines Terminal, JFK Airport, New York, NY: lead tenant coordinator for the retail stores in the new development, $1.3 billion, 2.2 million square feet

The Streets at Southpoint, Durham, NC: hybrid mall (exterior retail and entertainment), new development, $120 million, 1.3 million square feet, 96% occupancy, 122 stores, 525,000 square feet at grand opening

Marybelle holds a master of architecture degree and a bachelor of arts degree in the history of art and architecture from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
