Julie Brock is a talented interior designer and design coordinator with more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing creative solutions that meet the needs of real estate owners and their clients. She understands and interprets individual needs into custom designs, providing the detailed specifications and oversight necessary to ensure the best result.

Julie is currently managing the design, construction, and closings of 47 luxury condominiums created in the $75 million renovation of 160,000 sf of office space for The Residences at 900 in the 900 North Michigan mixed-use project in Chicago, Illinois.

Prior to joining DMA, Julie served as an interior designer and design coordinator for three significant residential developments in Chicago:

University Common Lofts (The Enterprise Companies): six buildings and 980 residences
Museum Park Lofts (The Enterprise Companies): 220 residences
Kinzie Park Development (The Habitat Company): 200 condominiums and 40 townhomes

Her responsibilities included meeting with purchasers, creating custom floor plans and kitchen and bathroom designs, selecting interior finishes and fixtures, providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications, and working closely with architects, general contractors and sub-contractors.

Julie holds a bachelor of arts degree with a concentration in interior design from Columbia College. She began her study of interior design at Meramec Community College, in St. Louis, where she also attended St. Louis University.

Outside her client projects, Julie pursues her passion for design as a custom glass blower and sculptor.
