Jon Ruda has more than 15 years of multifaceted experience in real estate development as a development manager, tenant coordinator, and project architect. His leadership, management, and administrative skills have contributed to the success of regional shopping center projects in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Memphis, Tampa, and elsewhere.
With Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA), Jon has played principal development management roles in client work that includes:

Previously, Jon served as a development manager for Urban Retail Properties, where he had direct responsibility for program and budget development, proposal solicitation, contractor selection, and oversight for multimillion-dollar renovations. In an earlier role, he headed tenant coordination for a major regional shopping center, achieving 99% tenant occupancy at grand opening. Jon also worked as an architect for Louis F. Gilberti, in Pennsylvania, focusing on interior renovations of educational and healthcare institutions.
