Jaimie Bulla's career in development management, construction management, and tenant coordination spans 14 years and counting. His experience encompasses a variety of project types and scale, from new residential development to tenant-specific retail redevelopment. His architectural credentials help ensure the highest project quality.
Prior to joining DMA, Jaimie served as vice president of development at Urban Retail Properties. Early on in his career, he worked as a general contractor, carpenter and library supervisor.
Jaimie has played a lead development management role in the following projects, among others:

The Residence at 900, 900 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL: redevelopment of eight floors of existing office space into luxury residential within high-profile, mixed-use building

Equity Health Club at 900 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL: redevelopment of existing theater structure to suit health club, 30,000 square feet, including 15,000 square feet of lower-level valet parking

Mazza Gallerie, Washington, DC: regional center, renovation of Neiman Marcus façade as well as the removal and reinstallation of a public transportation entrance

He served as construction and tenant coordination manager on these additional projects:

Ronald Reagan Building, Washington, DC: mixed use government, private office, and conference center facility, interior redevelopment for multiple tenants

Jaimie holds a master of fine arts in architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in literature from Eastern Illinois University.
