Elliot Vieceli has more than 10 years of experience in construction management and tenant coordination for major retail development and redevelopment projects. His architectural skills and detailed attention to design contribute to the highest project quality and efficiency.

At Development Management Associates, LLC (DMA), Elliot's significant client work includes tenant coordination for the Roosevelt Collection, in Chicago, Illinois-a new mixed-use development with 400,000 square feet of retail, 350 apartments, and was sold in May 2011. He is also consulting on the renovation and reconfiguration of first- and second-floor retail and office space at 10 W. Jackson Parkway, a six-story building adjacent to Chicago's Dirksen Federal Building, designed by Mies van der Rohe.

Previously, Elliot served as an assistant vice president with Urban Retail Properties, where he focused on construction management and tenant coordination. He worked in architecture and design with several Chicago-based firms.

Elliot has played a lead or contributing tenant coordination role on the following additional projects, among others:

The Streets at Southpoint, Durham, NC: hybrid mall (exterior retail and entertainment); new development; 96% occupancy, 122 stores, 525,000 square feet at grand opening
Galleria at Roseville, Sacramento, CA: hybrid mall (exterior retail and entertainment); new development; 106 stores, 97% occupancy, 388,000 square feet at grand opening
Citrus Park Town Center, Tampa, FL: regional center; 120 stores, 98% occupancy, 445,000 square feet at grand opening
Tabor Center, Denver, CO: urban vertical shopping center; redevelopment

Elliot holds a master of architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
