Habitat for Humanity
Started in 1990, the
Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity chapter has built homes for 36 partner families in the western suburbs of Chicago. The organization's recent projects include Habitat Estates, eight modest, three-bedroom homes constructed for just $60,000 in material costs in the Village of Montgomery, 40 miles southwest of downtown Chicago. Each of these homes represents an opportunity for safe and affordable shelter for a partner family. Development Management Associates is proud of the longstanding contribution of Tim Feldballe, CFO and Development Accounting Manager for DMA, to the Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity chapter. Tim has served as an executive board member and treasurer of this organization for the past five years, in addition to lending a hand in construction projects. Partner families, many volunteer laborers, and other members of the DMA staff (see pictures) contributed time and sweat equity to the success of Habitat Estates.
DMA supports all staff efforts to benefit communities in meaningful and sustainable ways.
